Hi, I’m Tiffany, founder and Principal of SquareDesk Virtual Assistant Services.
I understand that administration services can be irregular and, in most cases, the work volume may not justify an in-office employee’s presence. Using a virtual assistant (VA) can be much more cost-effective.

I spent 10 years as an Office Manager in the business broker industry but saw a growing need for brokers to have their own personal assistants to maximise their time in generating revenue. As a result, I initially launched my business as a specific service provider for independent brokers; however, due to the growing market demand for virtual support, I have expanded my services to assist other micro and small business owners from various industries.
One of the key benefits of Squaredesk is that my working hours are not restricted to 9 to 5, as I operate in line with your business’s requirements. Based on my industry experience, I acknowledge that each client has unique needs and may require an instant administrative response to support their revenue-generating efforts even after hours, i.e. following a 5pm meeting, my client may require an urgent contract to be drafted overnight.

Pricing Structure
Generally, services are charged by the hour, with a minimum weekly commitment of 5 hours.
But as it can largely depend on the type and volume of service/s you require, I can work with you to create an added value package, or retainer services can also be discussed for ongoing work.
Ongoing tasks that are combined into a package allow me to reduce some costs, ultimately saving you money, while allowing a budget to be maintained.
